Last week, I shared with you my initial feelings and thoughts about Indonesia. This week, I will be sharing some of the more interesting sights in Indonesia and the experience I had there.
Indonesia, an archipelago consists of 17,508 islands (6,000 inhabited) stretching along the equator in South East Asia. The largest islands are Sumatra, Java, Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara Islands, Moluccas Islands, and Irian Jaya. Indonesia’s land area is 1,811,831 sq km (699,548 sq mi) with total area of 1,919,440 sq km (741,096 sq mi).
