Recommendation: Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs by Carmine Gallo

From |

Looking for some inspirations in presentation and seeing things from a different perspective? Check out this book, “The Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs” by Carmine Gallo.

This book is truly awesome in describing the presentation style of Steve Jobs, the Co-founder and CEO of Apple.  Whether he’s introducing the new “Ithis” or “Ithat”, or delivering a keynote presentation, this man electrifies audience with his incomparable style and showmanship. He doesn’t just convey information in his presentations; he tells a story, paints a picture and shares a vision.

The part that I personally like best is this question that Steve Jobs always ask himself before any presentation preparation, “Why do you care about my presentation?” With this question in mind, he works towards perfecting his presentation while ensuring that he does not deviate from what the audience wants.

In this book I found one true secret of presentation from this legendary man, Steve Jobs. And his secret is, prepare, practice, rehearse, and more preparation, more practice and more rehearsal.

Check this book out! Easy to read and easy to follow with good examples. Probably one of the best that I have read.

Highly recommended! 5 stars given *****
