Yesterday we published part 1 of the special Hanover Fair coverage of Phoenix Contact where we gave an overview of the Hanover Fair 2013 and the significance of it to Phoenix Contact.
In our final part of the coverage today, we will go a little deeper into the booth layout and some of the special sights Phoenix Contact has to offer.
The booth of Phoenix Contact was divided into 2 main areas – Products and Solutions. The products section where more than 27 different categories of products were displayed; and the solutions section which showcased solutions for the various industries like Solar, Wind and Water.
The demos on display this year were engaging for the audience and makes it very relevant for them as it simulates real life situations that our products may encounter – for instance in frost conditions.
One interesting display that caught the eyes of many people including myself was the lighting solutions that Phoenix Contact has to offer. A display simulating a city being lit up by Phoenix Contact products was displayed.
E-mobility as always, is a huge topic and it was evident from the displays on show at the Phoenix Contact booth. There were displays on solar pv and also renewable energy solutions.
Of course apart from these technical displays, games and fun is present as well. In Hall 11 of the fair, Phoenix Contact had a handball booth where the public can step up and challenge each other to a game of handball.
The person who is able to throw the hardest and the most accurate will win a prize from Phoenix Contact. This was great fun and it was exciting to see a simple game of handball turn into such an interesting spectacle.
