Wrapped up in cotton wool

When we talk about a machine (or system) being fully protected from outside influences/threats, it would be great if we could just wrap it up in cotton wool, put on our blinkers and carry on as if nothing will ever happen.

Sadly, this is obviously not the case and we have to ensure our customers are well aware of the dangers out there for their machines/systems.

Complete machine protection

At Phoenix Contact, we specialise in the three product areas that protect a machine from outside influences:

  • Human Interference
  • Lightning Strikes & Surges
  • Cyber Attacks

So for example, if we are working with a customer to ensure their machine is using fully compliant safety products, how can we say the machine is fully “Safe + Secure” unless they are aware of the other two main threats?  The answer is that we can’t.

So we created the Safe + Secure solution.  This is the combination of Safety, Trabtech and MGuard products, giving our customer a one stop solution for ensuring their machine is truly protected.

Safe & Secure Workshops

We are now offering free of charge workshops for a limited number of guests to learn about the three Safe + Secure topics:
