Rachel Mawbey- E-Marketing Specialist
Years with Phoenix Contact: 1.5 years
I joined the team in 2011 to raise the profile of Phoenix Contact in the online world. Ever wondered who maintains our YouTube channel and writes the posts in our Twitter, LinkedIn (and now blog!) accounts? It’s me! If you have ever seen press releases or banners online, I have placed them, if you have ever received an e-mailshot from us, I will have designed and sent it. I also regularly update the Phoenix Contact homepage and newsletter archives with local content. During 2013, look out for our new sales Toolbox loaded on iPads- our Sales Engineers will be happy to show you our presentations and videos.
Becky Smith- Marketing Co-ordinator
Years with Phoenix Contact: 5 years
Traditional marketing is Becky’s forté. She is the brains & creativity behind all the organisation of our exhibitions and seminars, infoLINER tours and distributor days. If you see an advert or technical article in a magazine, Becky has placed it, if you have a Phoenix Contact promo item on your desk, Becky has sent it, if you request a brochure, Becky is almost certainly to have packed them.
Some of the things to look out for this year:
Southern Manufacturing Exhibition-We will feature products for a wide range of applications including: LED lighting, electric vehicle charging, alternative energy, industrial power & control solutions.
InfoLINER Tour– The InfoLINER is back!! Look out for us in our bright green jackets! We will be touring the UK during March and April, this time showcasing our Marking and Installation products. We will be driving the bus into ELEX Harrogate on 7th & 8th March with special offers on our TOOLfox tools and demonstrations of our new marking printers.
LUXLive! Exhibition– In Novemeber will be exhibiting at LUXLive! showcasing our LED lighting connectors.
New website launch– keep an eye out for our new website launching towards the end of the year. If you would like a sneak preview, take a look at the US website.
