Our new website has now been live for a month.  If you haven’t yet seen it, take a look here.

With our busy work lives, it is easy to miss some of the great benefits and fantastic information hiding on our website.  Here are a few things that I think are really helpful that you perhaps might have missed or not yet discovered…

1)  Interactive Catalogues:  I am sure that most of you are familiar with our printed catalogues that currently come in 8 different volumes.    Why not try our fully interactive online catalogues instead?  You can browse through each catalogue as you would through the printed version.  You can then download the whole catalogue, or just a single page. However, the highlight of our interactive catalogues is this:   click on any product code in the catalogue and it will take you straight to the corresponding product information on our website.  Why not give it a try?  Just click here.

2) Configurators:  The product configurators are an updated version of the Search Assistants that Andy Mills discussed earlier in the year.  With such a large portfolio of products, it can be difficult to find the product you are looking for. Use the Configurators to select the correct product according to a variety of attributes.

3) E-Learning: There is a large selection of short and very informative videos covering anything from how to install and use our software to learning more about technologies such as Profinet.  The tutorials are in short, bitesize installments. In some, you can even test yourself to see how much you have learnt. Take a look at the selection here.

4) Downloads:  There is a huge selection of information that can be downloaded from our website in the Download section.  From this part of the website you can download things such as the latest firmware, drivers and function blocks.  If you can’t find what you are looking for, try our Download Search.

5) Technologies:  Take a look at some of Phoenix Contact’s technologies that make our products Inspiring Innovations.  

Of course there is much more information besides the items listed above.  Why not take note of the Exhibitions we will be attending next year, keep up-to-date with our latest news, read some of the latest technical articles or register for one of our safety workshops in 2014.
