Following the introduction of the award winning, PSR Mini Safety Relay range in 2015, Phoenix Contact have now extended the range to support even further applications including Zero Speed Monitoring.

This is not a new idea, we know!

What is new is the size and functionality of the new PSR-MM25 that saves time and money.The PSR-MM25 comes in a 12.5mm wide housing and can monitor dangerous movement in your machine without the use of sensors. This is achieved by monitoring the residual voltage in the drive motor and can used with or without inverter drives.

Configuration is simple using push button and LED indication on board the unit to select your speed/mV and time delay as required for your application.

No laptop and software required!

• Monitoring of 1 and 3 phase motors
• 5mm width
• Switching threshold of 50….500Mv, adjustable
• Time delay : 0.5s…..20s adjustable
• Up to PLe according to ISO 13849
• 1 Safe relay output (5A), 2 signal outputs
