As I was taking a morning stroll with my beloved 12 year old daughter, she yanked my hand and pointed at the sapphire blue sky, she asked me innocently: “Why is the sky blue? Are the clouds playing games?” Those simple, full of curiosity questions made me realised the beauty of the world around me as the white fluffy clouds strewn about like an untidy blanket and watched the clouds perform before our eyes. It was peaceful, calming and simply beautiful.<\/p>\n

Nothing in the world offers the same serenity and satisfaction of watching clouds roll by with my daughter. \u00a0 Clouds come in all shapes and sizes. And like a fingerprint, no two clouds are identical. They grow; they diminish, and like my mind, they are never still… Clouds are as enchanted and magical as they are mesmerizing to watch.<\/p>\n

They form a myriad of shapes and forms; and with the help of a little imagination, form anything from cars to animals. I have had many argument with my daughter over what a particular cloud was supposed to look like. An elephant? \u00a0A lion? An old man? It is amazing what a cloud could resemble with a dash of imagination.<\/p>\n

Watching the cloud transform gives me a quiet sense of happiness, clarity and serenity. \u00a0It allows me to unwind and relax after a hard day’s work. Some will find it a waste of time; while some will find me crazy.<\/p>\n

Well, cloud watching is not for the faint of heart. To those utterly petrified and clueless about spending their time staring into what is in essence, empty space, this is not the hobby for you.<\/p>\n

However, to those with a taste for adventure and fun, this is a hobby that is more than just interesting. It is amazingly addictive and fun. Do it on your own or with friends or family, the result is still the same. There is fun to be had and imaginations to be tickled.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
