For those that have answered and those that are still attempting the challenge, before I release the answer to you today,\u00a0just some food for thoughts<\/span> to share:<\/p>\n

This IQ test\u00a0serves\u00a03 other\u00a0purposes other than testing our IQ level and the guts to take the challenge when opportunity strikes.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

There are many ways to approach this IQ question. One will realise that some of you\u00a0took\u00a0more steps, some “added” some complication to it and some, simplified it. From the Philosophy\u00a0angle, just like in life, we are all so engaged with what we are doing that\u00a0sometimes we could be\u00a0taking a\u00a0longer route or even the wrong route.\u00a0We could be\u00a0missing out\u00a0the big picture, the essence. We could be creating bureaucracy unknowingly that slow us down.\u00a0Once in a while, take a step back, consolidate and look into a broader,\u00a0simpler view, which most often is the best view.<\/p>\n

Second purpose: I would like to introduce our Blog (and facebook<\/a>)\u00a0to you and encourage everyone to frequent it and\u00a0share some of your articles and comments<\/p>\n

Last by not least,\u00a0this IQ test, in its simplest form is for fun, for entertainment, for relieving of stress!<\/p>\n

Now, back to the IQ question:<\/p>\n

There are a couple of ways to get the answers. Some methods are more complicated than others. The answer is just right in front of us actually. The simpliest answer that I can find is as follows:<\/p>\n

Visualise this: Region B = Region D\u00a0\u00a0 & \u00a0Region C = Region E<\/p>\n

Therefore, if we find region A, B,C, we get the answer.\u00a0As follows:<\/p>\n

1\/4 circle (XYZ) – Triangle (XYZ) = Answer<\/p>\n

(1\/4 x\u00a03.14 x 20 x 20) – (1\/2 x\u00a020 x 20) = 314 – 200<\/p>\n

= 114 sq m<\/span><\/h1>\n

I will leave this answer for a couple of days in case if there are any dispute to my answer. Assuming no challenge to this answer, the winner will be annouced on very soon.<\/h1>\n
