Phoenix Contact (SEA) is running a write-up contest and you stand a chance to win a new iPad! This contest requires you to submit a write up on proposing a “Black Box” that can be used in the Water and Waste Water industry.

The “Black Box” comes with the following features:

• Able to function as a Remote Terminal Unit
• Comes with data logging capability
• Flexible IO configuration that can receive digital and analogue signals
• Capability to adopt wireless communication such as SMS, Dial Up, Email, GPRS etc.

Contest Details
In not more than 400 words, write how this “Black Box” can be used in the Water & Waste Water treatment process.

Your submission should contain the following:

1. Identify or name an exact area/process in the water and waste water treatment plant that requires the use of this "Black Box" with all the 4 features mentioned above.

2. Identify additional functionalities or improvements that is expected from this “Black Box” in order to enhance/improve the operation on this identified process.

3. What will be your reasonable buying price for such a “Black Box” if the functionalities that you have highlighted in point 2 exists in the market?

4. How many units of these “Black Box” with the functionalities that you have stated in point 2 can be used in a water treatment plant?
