What takes the most amount of\u00a0your\u00a0time\u00a0daily? Assembly? Picking? Wiring? Marking? Testing?\u00a0Well,\u00a0if the answer to that is wiring then we can help you out with some time saving tools to help\u00a0streamline\u00a0your processes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The tools listed below are not only huge time saving pieces of equipment but also on a special offer<\/a> for the rest of this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CF 3000<\/a> will\u00a0strip and crimp\u00a0your wires in less then 2secs<\/strong>\u2026 1.2secs to be precise! The time saved on this machine is approx. 4x over a minute. The CF 3000 will strip and crimp wire sizes of 0.25mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and 2.5mm that are supplied on a strip\u00a0of 50pcs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The CF 1000<\/a> will do\u00a0the same\u00a0as\u00a0above,\u00a0but you can use loose ferrules fed into a hopper on top of the machine.\u00a0Using air pressure to make the crimp, you can again crimp\u00a00.25mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and 2.5mm\u00a0all in less the 2secs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you like keeping the feeling of crimping in the palm of your hand then you can check out the Crimpfox 4in1. This hand tool cuts, strips, twists your strands the crimps for you. Keeping all this in one tool saves you 30% crimping time. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If stripping is all you need then\u00a0the WF 1000<\/a> will strip your cable for you in 0,3secs<\/strong>! Up to 6mm cable size and adjustable stripping length.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you spend most of your day measuring and measuring cable to cut to\u00a0size\u00a0then have a look at the CUTFOX 10<\/a>. You can cut cable of\u00a0upto\u00a010mm and set quantities to do so. Walk of and leave to work and you\u2019ll have a pie of cable waiting for you.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you cut rail and trunking? If the answer is a\u00a0hacksaw\u00a0then check out the PPS Compact<\/a> and the PPS CD table top cutters. These will save you\u00a0lot\u2019s\u00a0and\u00a0lot\u2019s\u00a0of sawing time!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
