Visitors to EDS reported working on more outdoor device applications from trackside control solutions to wireless communications and monitoring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ECS offers UV and IP69K protection and can be mounted on\na pole, post or wall, and provides easy access to the electronics for routine\nor emergency maintenance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The other big topic was connectors for the automatic pick and place reflow production line as customers are always looking to save space on the PCB and reduce production costs. EDS is very focused on embedded systems and PCB technology but connectivity is often considered as an afterthought during the design process.
