Phoenix Contact recently announced the appointment of Brian Booth to the Device Connections (DC) sales team. Brian covers DC sales in the North of the UK and is the latest recruit to the DC team. Richard Edwards has been responsible for DC sales in the South since the beginning of 2013.<\/p>\n

Of course, there is much more to DC than our field sales team. Product management is expertly covered by Gary Nelson, and business development by myself, Duncan Nicol. The DC team are responsible for products within the PCB connection technology<\/a>, field device connectivity<\/a> and Electronics Housings<\/a> product groups (catalogues 1 and 2). Phoenix Contact UK also has an internal Customer Service Team headed by Patrick Webster who is also our appointed internal DC support contact.\u00a0 The Customer Service Team is primarily responsible for a wide range of customer support functions including telephone & email enquiries, quotations and technical support. Along with the commercial team, we have two tech-level 2 support engineers within the Customer Service Team with Daryl Sharp specialising in DC related technical support.<\/p>\n
