Gleiches gilt auch f\u00fcr die Fertigung unserer Produkte. Erfahrt genaueres dazu an einem Beispiel: Smart Production als anpassungsf\u00e4hige und wirtschaftliche Fertigung von I\/O-Modulen nach Industrie-4.0-Gesichtspunkten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Industrie 4.0 \u2013 das ist die Produktion der Zukunft. Alles wird \u201esmart\u201c, nicht nur das \u201ephone\u201c und die \u201ewatch\u201c, auch unser Arbeitsalltag ver\u00e4ndert sich im Rahmen der Digitalisierung rasant. Wir halten euch auf dem Laufenden dar\u00fcber, was die vierte industrielle Revolution eigentlich bedeutet. Anhand von praxisnahen Beispielen erkl\u00e4ren wir, wie wir den Weg der digitalen Transformation Richtung Zukunft beschreiten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modulare Produktionsanlage ist extrem flexibel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie flexibel und damit zukunftssicher modulare Anlagen sind, zeigt sich an der Fertigung von I\/O-Modulen am Phoenix Contact-Standort in Bad Pyrmont. Dort ist der Automat zur Herstellung von Steckverbindern in die Prozesskette der bestehenden Anlage integriert. Bisher getrennte Einheiten wurden verbunden und sorgen so f\u00fcr eine durchg\u00e4ngige und schnellere Produktion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nachtr\u00e4gliche Erweiterung um eine automatisierte Steckverbinderfertigung <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Steigende Absatzmengen machten es notwendig, die bis dato als monotone Handarbeit vorgenommene Steckermontage in das Gesamtkonzept zu integrieren. Beim Hochlaufen der Axioline-Anlage war die manuelle Herstellung der Steckverbinder an zwei Handarbeitspl\u00e4tzen zuvor die wirtschaftlich sinnvolle L\u00f6sung. Aber jetzt war eine automatisierte L\u00f6sung notwendig. Denn die j\u00e4hrliche Produktionsmenge einer hohen sechsstelligen Zahl an I\/O-Modulen mit bis zu neun Steckverbindern pro Ger\u00e4t h\u00e4tte die Handmontage \u00fcberfordert.  Heute werden die ben\u00f6tigten Stecker aus f\u00fcnf Geh\u00e4usegrundteilen vorkonfektioniert. Daraus resultieren zehn Standardtypen. Diese vorkonfektionierten Bauteile sind in dem Steckerbahnhof geparkt, bis jemand sie ben\u00f6tigt.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stecker individuell produzieren <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"743\" height=\"496\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.phoenixcontact.com\/hr-de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/11\/Stecker-individuell-fertigen.jpg\" alt=\"Smarte Produktion\" class=\"wp-image-6910\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.phoenixcontact.com\/hr-de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/11\/Stecker-individuell-fertigen.jpg 743w, https:\/\/blog.phoenixcontact.com\/hr-de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/11\/Stecker-individuell-fertigen-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 743px) 100vw, 743px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor dem Steckerautomaten liest das Leitsystem den Werkzeugtr\u00e4ger via RFID aus und stellt so fest, welchen Steckverbinder das jeweilige I\/O-Modul verlangt. Im n\u00e4chsten Fertigungsschritt erhalten die vorkonfektionierten Standardtypen dann die individuell notwendigen Anschlussbauteile. Nach der Qualit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfung werden die Stecker in das I\/O-Modul eingebaut. Aktuell sind 42 unterschiedliche Steckverbindervarianten bestellbar. Durch die Zwischenlagerung im Steckerbahnhof l\u00e4sst sich die Variantenvielfalt wirtschaftlich in den Gesamtprozess einbinden.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Einheitliche Schnittstellen <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Axioline-Anlage produziert die I\/O-Module in Losgr\u00f6\u00dfe eins. Diese absolut individuelle Fertigung steht f\u00fcr eine hohe Zukunftssicherheit. Was noch kommt, kann derzeit keiner absehen. Sicher ist jedoch, dass Digitalisierung, Industrie 4.0 sowie die Entwicklung neuer Technologien die Fertigung durch heute unabsehbare M\u00f6glichkeiten ver\u00e4ndern. Auch deshalb bedarf es einer hohen Flexibilit\u00e4t, damit sich die modulare Produktion auch in Zukunft an neue Gegebenheiten anpassen l\u00e4sst. Vor diesem Hintergrund lassen sich alle Arbeitspl\u00e4tze, Montagemaschinen und Pr\u00fcfzellen an das Axioline-Fertigungssystem ankoppeln. Die unterschiedlichen Produktionsressourcen \u2013 wie Handarbeitspl\u00e4tze oder vollautomatische Beschriftungszellen \u2013 k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber einheitliche elektrische und elektropneumatische Schnittstellen zusammengeschlossen werden. Die Grundabl\u00e4ufe jeder Bearbeitungsstation werden eigenst\u00e4ndig gesteuert und in das gesamte Fertigungskonzept integriert.
