Das bedeutet, ihr bedient und wartet die Spritzgie\u00dfmaschinen, die die Teile produzieren, und wechselt die Werkzeuge mithilfe eines Krans. Daf\u00fcr m\u00fcsst ihr euch nicht nur mit den Maschinen und deren Einstellm\u00f6glichkeiten, sondern auch mit dem Material gut auskennen, denn Kunststoff ist nicht gleich Kunststoff! Das lernt ihr in der Ausbildung. Die einzelnen Teile werden in den Maschinen unter Einwirkung von W\u00e4rme geformt. Dass dabei die richtige Temperatur und Verfahrbewegung gew\u00e4hlt wird, ist eure Aufgabe als Verfahrensmechaniker\/-in. Fertige Teile m\u00fcssen durch Schwei\u00dfen manchmal noch miteinander verbunden werden.
