Sie ist Teil eines besonderen Ausbildungskonzepts bei Phoenix Contact. Lest weiter.<\/p>\n Die komplette Junior Business Unit\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Im Grunde genommen kann man sagen, dass die JBU ein kleines Unternehmen im Unternehmen ist. Fast 40 Auszubildende und duale Studierende aus dem ersten und zweiten Lehrjahr arbeiten selbstorganisiert in f\u00fcnf unterschiedlichen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen. Sie \u00fcbernehmen Verantwortung f\u00fcr das Budget, planen und konzipieren ihre eigenen Projekte.<\/p>\n Eigenst\u00e4ndiges Arbeiten geh\u00f6rt in der JBU dazu\n<p>Die Gesch\u00e4ftsfelder, mit denen sich die jungen Menschen besch\u00e4ftigen sind: <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.phoenixcontact.com\/hr-de\/jbu_pratikantenbetreuung\/\">Praktikantenbetreuung<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.phoenixcontact.com\/hr-de\/jbu_berufsorientierung\/\">Berufsorientierung<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.phoenixcontact.com\/hr-de\/jbu_controlling\/\">Controlling<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.phoenixcontact.com\/hr-de\/jbu_entwicklung\/\">Entwicklung<\/a> und das <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.phoenixcontact.com\/hr-de\/jbu_marketing\/\">Marketing<\/a>. Jeder Bereich hat einen Manager, also einen Chef, wenn man es so will. Anhand von realen Auftr\u00e4gen aus dem Unternehmen, erlernen die Azubis unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln. Und nicht nur das, denn wir bei Phoenix Contact sehen auch ganz klar, dass dieses selbstst\u00e4ndige Arbeiten zur Entwicklung der Pers\u00f6nlichkeit beitr\u00e4gt. Zwei Ausbilder sind Ansprechpartner, wenn es mal Fragen gibt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Motto ist ganz einfach: Learning by doing.
