The M23 Hybrid range of circular interconnect products from Phoenix Contact is an all-in-one connection solution comprising of signal, data and power contacts in one M23 connector housing. The compact M23 Hybrid plug-in connection solution can handle currents up to 30 A, voltages up to 850 V DC or 630 V AC and is IP65/67 compliant.

The Hybrid connection system features 4 power contacts and a central PE connection, 4 signal contacts and 4 data contacts. The 4 data contacts are designed for secure data transmission in accordance with CAT5 however can be replaced with an additional 4 signal contacts enabling up to 8 signal connections to be made.

Devices and equipment used in industrial applications frequently have several electrical connections across multiple cable assemblies to cover power, signalling and data requirements. The M23 Hybrid connection solution makes installation and maintenance far easier to manage by utilising a single connection system to cover all requirements. The time required to complete an installation or maintain equipment is vastly reduced due to the unique contact carrier utilised within the range.
